No consideration for elderly patients. They like to waste time and are very rude on the phone. Wouldn't recommend for anyone please avoid corrupt pharmacy.

Got to give a shout out to the pharmacist I went in a few weeks ago with a eye problem he had a look and gave me some advice how to treat it now my eye as got better it saved me wasting Doctors time or A&E thanks for your help.

I cannot thank Ranbir Kaur and Faahir enough from this Pharmacy. I’ve had an ear infection which they kindly looked at and advised must be seen to at once by a Dr. Three weeks later and my dr finally was able to diagnose. I cannot thank the staff at Smethwick pharmacy enough, they reassured me, they remained professional and were empathetic. Both Ranbir and Faahir went above and beyond and it needs to be stated what a great asset they are to the NHS. Keep up the amazing work you are doing!

-5 star ratings for this branch because of the staff that are currently employed. Don't answer the phone. Been trying for days now.
Need to employ new staff who will provide a professional quality service. Need to change staff members as they are inadequate. Lloyd's Pharmacy has been very professional but is lacking a professional service with its current staff.

Lloyd's Pharmacy staff are not maintaining the high service standards in relation to its customers. Let's hope things change for the better.

Had to give 1 walked in requesting my prescription waiting around. Lady assisting was fine she was doing what she could. I said to If its not ready I will come back has I came out from work during my lunchtime. Manager came out of no where very rude “ if you cant wait you can come back later” repeated this to me again..at this stage the lady said i have ur meds but cannot find the prescriptin list…at this point i could not even look at this so called manager. The lady said computers are slow and 5 secs later handed my meds.I thanked her and left.
Later on I phoned the manager who said she can only apologise….wow she was so rude. Need to do customer service course. As an training manager can recommend a few courses P Kaur!!! Will not be returning there!! 0 score

Ordered a prescription online went to collect they said they had not recieved . Then 5 mins before closing time was told it was there. Went the next day to collect to be told as their internet is down (not the first time) they cannot give me my prescription that i have proof of purchase for. & that i need to go online to get a refund despite me needing this prescription urgently. Will not be going to this pharmacy again. Not helpful at all.

How careless this pharmacy people are....afternoon i came for medicine lady gave excuse my another colleague will give u cm after his break before 5.30pm again i rchd door but they didn't open..standing at door i called them but those clever ladies put phone on hold...bloody ladies inside simply counting when their 8 hours will finish nd free of cost getting salary on the name of health services playing drama only with people health on duty they are busy to set their eye lashes, lipstick but not minding how much someone is suffering without medicine...i hate this pharmacy no dedication, no humanity in these people for the sake of money cmng in health sector jobs...shameless people
