It didn't work at all for me, in fact i think it made my anxiety and depression worse. I did 30 sessions and I had a review after every 10 sessions or so where i was advised to continue and try different placements, but it's all guesswork the way they do it and if you end up targeting an area that is not a problem area for your brain it could end up causing you more problems. They should do the mri guided stuff like some american companies do now, makes it much more specific to the individual. Also the room felt like a dentist office, not super welcoming. However the staff in the clinic were friendly and assuring, i can't fault them.

I guess you won't know if it works for you until you try it, and for many it does work, but for me it was a waste of time and money.

TMS will be a game changer.
Whatever is the reason you have been recommended some TMS treatments it’s worth to take.From depression to trauma to some sort of addiction,empirically I can state that the nenefit willl be felt soon .
I have been with SmartTMS al since Oct 2023, with almost a weekly session: it helps me a lot. Somehow started feeling the benefits just minutes after,and when I missed the session I felt like I needed it. Can’t recall any sort is side effect, regardless I have been focusing on stress trauma etc etc. I really strong recommend.
Needless to say that the the professional working there from Alex to Melody’s to Abygal ) and before are super professional proactive and supporting.

The threatment works fantastic. Both to anxiety and depression. I have not felt so fine for seven years after getting bipolar decese. I am 80 to 90% better. But from time from time it comes back, but far away from how I used to be. Reccomended!

Paul the clinician was very professional and nice but the TMS has made my anxiety even worse. The procedure obviously works for a lot of people but be careful as it’s meant to come without many side effects.

While the staff here is lovely, I did not have a good experience with TMS. Not only did it not improve my depression, it made it worse. After receiving an accelerated treatment plan with Theta Burst I was left devastatingly fatigued, which took months to recover from.

I was also very unhappy with my treatment from Dr Neal. He decided I'd been misdiagnosed and that was why the treatment didn't work, but that was simply not true. I had, and still have, anxiety and depression. Once treatment was finished he completely washed his hands of me and wouldn't even give me a recommendation for another psychiatrist when I asked.

It might work for you, I hope it does. I just think it's very important to fully understand the risk involved in this procedure as it's easy to ignore when you are desperate for relief. I also found the Theta Burst to be quite painful at times.

I attended this clinic in 2018 to be treated for PTSD that ruled my life since an event in my teens. I was treated by 3 members of staff Pauline Isabelle and Sylvia and all of them were understanding and informative giving me all of the support i needed. The lady in head office checks in on me from time to time and i am pleased to say that i can cope without my antidepressants and beta blockers now which is amazing. Top service.

Arrived with severe and chronic cptsd and significant impact on memory.
I’m now better able to function and my symptoms have reduced!
Currently having after-care treatment and is truly making all the difference.
My working memory is online and even when there are dips, the smart tms treatment helps me to better stabilise.
