Reception was very polite and helpful. The Audiologist was very reassuring and gave me some excellent information regarding my hearing problems. Would recommend this route for anyone who needs the microsuction procedure.

The nurses that I spoke to in my appointment were very informative. They were both very polite and friendly and made me feel at ease . It's a shame I can't say the same about the guy on reception. It states on the website that the clinic opens at 10 but my appointment was at 9.40 so I rang to check it would be open. The guy answered with "Hello" which I thought was unprofessional (at least answer with the name of the clinic) then I walked in and said that I had an appointment and the same guy just said "Name" I gave my name and he just said "Ok", not "take a seat" or anything like that. Quite rude. Plus, he wasn't exactly smartly dress. A bit off putting.
