Absolutely top class clinic. The care and support I received from Dr Steiner was exemplary and honestly life changing. The professionalism from reception staff to clinicians is first rate. Though not cheap, I'd highly recommend this clinic!

You need to understand that you are treated by the doctor, and that the clinic will not take responsibility for them or what they do or don't do. As far as I can see this is a marketing and serviced office service for practitioners rather than a responsible clinic. You need to be sure about the person treating you. Any review of the clinic is meaningless. I have had a serious issue with a psychiatrist at the clinic and was referred to him directly with no support from the clinic.

Dr Caryl Marshall has really gone the extra mile for me and my complex case. Tolerating me at my worst but remaining stalwart at all times. Thorough, incisive and supportive in all that she does. The clinic and its staff are equally welcoming and conscientious. Could not recommend them enough

This clinic saved my life and then gave me it back!

Dr Howells saved me - during a very dark ante-natel depression. It was intense and unlike anything I have ever experienced. He was always on hand. The clinic is honestly incredible. I don't think I would be here without it.

It has, however, taken me several years to write this review because - it turns out I have ADHD.

The clinic (Dr Bonaldi in particular) helped me through this journey and onto the right medication. I've gone from being unable to work and stressed with life. To have my own business and to flourish. I have stopped all my antidepressants that I was on for 6+ years. They have given me my life back and helped me become a better version of myself. I'm most thankful for being able to be a great Mum. Whilst the medication is not foolproof it has worked miracles for me.

I have seen a variety of physicians across several international regions, hospitals, businesses. It is a rare pleasure to come across a psychiatrist that goes above and beyond like Fai Lam.
He encompasses that deep compassion and acute attuneness to humanity that is often missing from experienced physicians. It is a skill that medical schools are currently recognizing the importance of (with much of patient mistrust coming from a lack of bedside manner) and are trying to reinforce with medical humanities/ethics and more clinical training. Fai Lam is generations ahead of the game. He is able to grasp the fundamental nature of sickness/health and the point of the profession: to treat the person rather than the disease.

It was 2021 when I was all alone in the country. I was not able to communicate in English well and wasn’t exactly able to assimilate to the British culture. I was tossed back and forth between different psychiatrists, and Dr. Au was basically my last shot before I completely gave up on life.

It was an incredibly low moment in life for me. I was having a grim outlook on life and felt like I was fighting without a cause. Meeting initially, I was quite apprehensive, given the unpleasant experiences I had with other mental health experts in the past.

However, Dr. Au provided me with a safe space to talk about my experiences without judgement, and for once, I felt listened to. She taught me that I am so much more than my illness, and that though life could be tough sometimes, there's always hope and something to strive for.

It is a place where I truly feel humanised, and under her guidance, I was able to truly understand myself. After a few years of working with her, I am not only able to accomplish things I never thought I could before but also truly realise that life isn’t a constant battle, and that it is okay to be fragile, to be taken care of, and to take a step forward when you're ready again.

You told me that you're proud of me for seeing how much I've grown in the last session, and it's the biggest compliment I've ever received in my life. Being able to make someone who supported me when I was at my lowest proud is the biggest honour I could ever receive.

Dr. Au is not only a psychiatrist but a listener, a mentor, and a person who truly cares about others. I’m not sure whether Dr. Au is able to see it, but from the deepest of my heart, I want to thank her for changing my life.

I cannot recommend Sloane Court Clinic and especially Dr Burman-Roy highly enough. It is easy to contact the clinic and book appointments and all the reception staff are very friendly and reply promptly. Dr Burman-Roy’s support has been lifechanging. He listens and sees you as a whole person. The diagnosis was thorough, and the report is my first medical report where all details of my story are correct. The ongoing support from Dr Burman-Roy helps me to understand myself and my brain better, to develop skills and use medication as a helpful tool when needed.
