Have previously got amazing glasses from here. However, I made an international order for a set of frames more than three months ago and have not heard back from the company. Have tried to email > 7 times without any updates on my order status.

One of the best opticians I have been to…. Not only do they take time with the eye test but they are far superior in terms of technology compared to their peers… I opted for their 3D scan and was pleasantly surprised at the results - it certainly provided me comfort in relation to my Eye health … I have to also commend Shaukat - who was extremely welcoming and knowledgeable… I will always be using this optician going forward and will be recommending to all my friends and family …

Amazing service and each member of the staff is incredibly helpful and welcoming. By far one of the best customer service experience I’ve had.

In terms of my eyes, it’s the most extensive examination and conversation I’ve had for my eyes. The optometrist took his time to assess everything and listen to all my concerns. He then gave me an action plan to address my concerns. Will definitely be coming here for my eye tests from now on.

My husband and I both had a really good experience at this optician.
Not only have they got the most enormous selection of stylish designer frames to choose from, but the staff were also really friendly and helpful too.

The arm had come off my Porsche reading glasses because the nut holding the screw had fallen off. My husband had bought them in London several years ago and there was no possibility of going back to that store. I took my glasses in to Sloane and Co on the offchance they were Porsche stockists and would be able to help (the Porsche website was useless). The staff were really helpful and friendly and managed to find a substitute screw and nut. Even though I wasn’t a customer and hadn’t bought the glasses from them they couldn’t have been more helpful. Will definitely consider them next time I’m looking for new glasses.
