Visited Scott to seek his advice on pain in my shoulder blade, he diagnosed a trapped nerve and did some manipulation and sorted out a physio program. After only 2 days I've noticed an improvement already. Scott is knowledgeable, professional and puts you at ease. Highly recommended! Thanks mate for all your help

I've had issues for a while and have been to several therapists both nhs and private. I've had improvement with all of them but given my time again Scott would absolutely be my first port of call.

Scott is professional but down to earth, very knowledgeable but no jargon, just makes sense and makes sure you understand what's happening.

It was really easy to say when I was struggling and I didn't feel criticised or unable to be honest when I had fallen off the exercise waggon. I was quickly and kindly motivated to get back on it, and in most cases do more !

It was what I needed a knowledgeable friendly plan with the kick up the bum I needed at times.

I would highly recommend Scott and also know that he will be there should I need support in the future.

Over the last year Scott has helped me through Achilles tendinitis and 2 calf strains. Basically helping an old man return to rugby for the first time in 15 years. Helpful, knowledgable and full of easily explained detail. Best physio around.

Scott Has helped me a great deal over the last few years. His knowledge in his field is outstanding. Many times I’ve rolled out of my car in a right sorry state but able to walk easier once he has treated me.

Visited Scott on two occasions about two separate injuries. Both times he carried out a full assessment and explained everything as he went so I understood the reasons behind what was going on. His massage and rehab really helped me. He gave me specific exercises which helped me to fix myself and not have to keep going back for more unnecessary appointments. Recommended him to anyone who ever asks. Will go back myself as soon as I get injuref again in future!

I went to Scott after a knee injury from football. I was struggling with everyday activities and Scott assessed the injury and found a diagnosis to the issue. After giving me a workout plan of specific exercises to strengthen the area, I am now pain free and back to my normal routines. I have been going to Scott for around a year and I’ve never felt better. Had pain in my shoulder and chest and he fixes me every time whilst explaining what and why which is very helpful. Always get rehab exercises to help with movement at home 10/10 wouldn’t go nowhere else.
