I’ve had a couple of treatments with Hiba, and I honestly couldn’t recommend her more. She’s the sweetest, kindest, and just the most lovely person. Getting any treatment done can feel a bit vulnerable, but Hiba makes you feel completely at ease – it’s like catching up with a friend rather than an appointment. She’s so warm and reassuring that the whole experience actually becomes enjoyable.

What I love most is that she really listens to you. There’s never any pressure to get something you don’t need, and she’s always honest about what will work best for you, which I really appreciate. Hiba is absolutely fantastic at what she does! She has a beautiful clinic, is informative and gives updates throughout on how the treatment will feel without being asked (like a mind reader). She is also such a lovely person who always makes me feel comfortable and welcome and we never run out of things to chat about! She will only advise what is suitable for you as she genuinely loves making people look and feel good and will never push or sell anything that she doesn’t agree is suitable. Would highly recommend!

Hiba is amazing in her job, she is very patient during the treatment and she will do it perfectly. I did Botox and noticed a very nice lifting to my eyes and I did the microneedling with vitamins 3 times so far and this treatment is incredible because it will nourish your skin from deep inside. Beside mastering her job, Hiba is an amazing person:)

Amazing service! I booked botox with Hiba after finding her on Instagram and I loving her pictures from before and after treatments. When I came, I wasn't disappointed! Hiba was very friendly and very informative, giving me a lot of advices and patiently answering all my questions. I'm very anxious of needles, so Hiba gave me some spongy balls to squish, which really helped and I found her injections the least painful from all the other places I went before. The result of the Botox is amazing as well. For the first time ever, I didn't need a top up, as the first dose was enough and stopped me frowning in less than 2 weeks. I will definitely come back for more botox and maybe some fillers in future!

With Hiba, however, it was different. She was confident yet never dismissive of safety or my preferences. For certain procedures, she even counted aloud to ensure they were done carefully. She was the gentlest aesthetician I’ve ever had, particularly with needle work. Hiba is remarkably patient, open-minded, and genuinely prioritizes her clients’ needs.

She also has a keen eye for natural-looking results and always prefers a gradual approach, even if it means multiple visits, to avoid any irreversible steps. I highly recommend her, especially for those who prioritize safety.
