Dr Charlotte is amazing, explains everything in detail, is very thorough and reassuring. Added to the fact that she is a qualified GP makes me very comfortable and confident having treatment with her. The facial peels are amazing and I am in the process of SkinPen treatment. I have been having cryo treatment on some sun spots and a very resistant mole. Charlotte is very professional and fully explains treatment. This is painless. I was advised at the outset the mole could be hard to get rid of but hopefully we are almost there.
Totally recommend this treatment.

Wonderful experience at Charlottes clinic, it’s a beautiful, clean, relaxing space in glorious countryside, I’m very thankful to have found her when moving here from down south. Charlotte is the utmost professional, and I felt 100% confident from the start of my initial consultation to the first of my course of treatments. She explains everything thoroughly, and after my first treatment of Booster I had zero after effects. Having confidence in knowing Charlotte is a doctor is why I chose to go to her, and makes all the difference to me. I’d never let anyone not medically trained near my face with a needle!

There’s no one else I would trust with my Botox and that’s why I make the 60 mile round trip for it! I know that Charlotte will only ever carry out treatments which she knows will be beneficial for me. I have my treatments safe in the knowledge that Charlotte is trained in prescribing, anatomy and aftercare. Added bonuses are the gorgeous surroundings, Charlotte’s flexibility with appointments and her friendly and approachable personality! There’s no one else I’d recommend for medical grade aesthetics.
