Monica is a pleasure to work with. I had some lesions removed which Anna expertly carried out, and both Monica and Anna advised me on which products I needed and how to manage the healing process. I had some concerns but Monica has the patience of a saint! She could easily have charged me for extra treatments - I wouldn’t have known - but on each follow up appointment she encouraged patience, expertly advising me on what to do. My healing is going well, and Monica’s guidance has been both reassuring as well as top-of-the-tree knowledgable. Highly recommended.
