SINCE THEY CHANGED BACK TO PAPER PRESCRIPTIONS THEY ARE AWFUL.
YOU LEAVE YOUR PRESCRIPTION IN THE LITTLE BOX BY THE RECEPTION WINDOW AND GO TO THE CHEMIST 3/4 DAYS LATER TO BE TOLD IT HAS NOT BEEN SENT OVER BY THE SURGERY THEN GO TO THE SURGERY TO FIND OUT WHY AND THE RECEPTIONIST SAYS SOMEBODY HAS NOT BOTHERED TO EMPTY THE BOX.!!!!! AND THAT HAS HAPPENED ON THE 3 OCCASIONS I HAVE DONE IT.
The little box does not even have a notice to state it is for prescriptions for patients,
The receptionist asks what medicine you require then gets it wrong when you finally collect it at the chemist.

Rung skimped hill 5 times kept endidng on me, finally got thru to them and then sat in the queue for an hour as soon as I got to number 2 in the queue after 53 minutes of waiting they cut me off and ended the phoen on me when I’m trying to ring them for a urgent reason

I was registered at this surgery in 2008-2010. I went for a smear test. The nurse, Indian lady, used a medium tube then she switched to a small one while moaning she couldn't find my cervix. The damage she caused. I could hardly walk home and couldn't walk the next day. Horrible experience.

My daughter was referred to the Dental area of this hospital. I cannot fault Dr Rahim. He and his assistant Emma were so patient and caring taking her X rays at her initial appointment. They made our appointment to have a tooth extraction and a few days later we were called to come in early. Again Dr Rahim and Jade his assistant were super patient and with care her tooth was out! Receptionist had always been lovely too. Thank you all so much ?

Dr Johnston needs to go back into retirement. I came to her with a sensitive medical matter and her attitude towards me was disgusting. Instead of investigating she gave me some very rude comments and blamed me for the problem. Clearly judging by other reviews she has zero compassion, empathy and people skills. I don't know how she hasn't been struck off.

Very very unhelpful & grumpy lady at reception today 15.08.2019. Had previously been to this centre & received good service. Alas, not the case on this visit - Disinterested & abrupt. Won’t bother with this place again.
