I went to this hospital for a series of dental appointments, and I honestly really liked it! I’m not too familiar with the standard of how dentists acts and how sanitation rules work, but, to say the least, it was VERY sanitary. The staff members were extremely friendly, extremely respectful and during operations, always looked out for me when I felt any sort of pain. They were very reliable and I could even very clearly see that they were switching their tools and making sure to use clean tools that are also adjusted for my case/size. They even gave some free floss XD.

Overall I loved my experience here, super welcoming and friendly and not too harsh at all!

I am truly grateful to the nurse at the reception desk for kindly placing me in the queue, and to Dr. Tim for taking the time to carefully and attentively assess my condition. This is a very delayed review that I regret not doing over a year ago when I received the most awful treatment from one of the nurses. I was told by one of the other nurses from a previous visit that I can come in anytime if a symptom appears, without an appointment. I did just that. When I told the receptionist this he looked confused and was just very rude about it, saying that I couldn't just walk in without an appointment. I was persistent and he had no choice but to let one of the nurses see me. She was also adamant that she could not see me without an appointment. I explained my reasons and she just did not care at all. I had an extremely painful symptom that needed to be checked asap and this woman refused. I will never forget that experience. I am writing this review now only because I visited the Clifden centre in Hackney - the nurse was patient, caring, genuinely friendly and reassuring. Please take note!

The place are but so much dirty in said floor, wall. I know floor dirty it’s normal. But wall this is not good. It’s Eye test centre un-hygienic Place

I am still shocked that that an important life saving ultrasound test result
has been lost and no one from the centre seems to know where is or if it can be tracked. My GP tried many times to contact them with no response. I have contacted the centre myself today and no one can help even to track the test result itself!?! We are now forced to organise another fresh ultrasound. Very unprofessional.

Attended the centre to have a scan and had a wonderful experience. There was no check in required for patients referred by their GPs which was not immediately apparently but quickly cleared up on arrival to the first floor.

I couldn’t be more pleased with the service I received. Nurse Oluwafunke was warm and welcoming, making me feel comfortable throughout the entire process. Sonographer Christopher was professional and thorough, explaining each step clearly and answering all my questions. Their teamwork created a reassuring atmosphere, and I felt well cared for. Overall, it was an excellent experience, and I highly recommend their services to anyone needing an ultrasound.

Referred her for hernia check, nice building. Not good enough signage on where to go. Nowhere to park and got a parking ticket because of this. Nurse who did obvs was lovely. Doc was fine. Felt like the odd one out

I use this place for diabetic eye assessment and also breast screening. Both appointments were very friendly and helpful. It is a relatively new building with lifts, receptionist and a pharmacy on the ground floor. Disabled toilets, and drinking water available.
