Another good experience this morning with this excellent surgery. I always feel listened to and supported. This is my third face to face visit to the surgery. I have had appointments with Doctors Ghandi & Islam and today with Maria the nurse. All three offering me great care, kindness and support. At the age of 62 I have been registered with a number of surgeries over the years and Simpson House if by far the best!

I’ve had blood taken many times before, but the nurses here are truly exceptional. Their skill and precision made the entire process quick, painless, and stress-free. They put me at ease with their warm, caring manner, and I hardly felt a thing during the blood draw! It was clear that they were experienced and highly knowledgeable.
The whole experience left me feeling reassured and well cared for. This GP surgery goes above and beyond, and I highly recommend them for their excellent medical care and the compassionate attitude of their team. An absolute credit to the NHS!

My experience was absolutely brilliant ,all my appointments were absolutely on time.The nurse Ms.Nilpa Thakar really did an excellent job checking my wound regularly for infection and dressing it with utmost care..which really helped for a quicker healing.Thanks..

I had to wait about 40mins after my appointment time to be seen, but the doctor was fantastic. Extremely thorough and went out of her way to explain everything to me. I felt so assured after my appointment. Feel very lucky that Simpson house is my local GP surgery.
