I was getting quite desperate with pretty bad ongoing neck and head pain when I booked a session with Mike. Nothing was working and NHS waiting times are horrendous. I would highly recommend him. He meets all the criteria quality, friendly, professional, lovely clean working environment, experienced in his field and very attentive to the client at every point of the session. The main thing is two days after seeing him, I'm more comfortable and have relief for the first time in weeks. I will definitely be booking another session soon. Thank you Mike.

Was recommended to Mike by a family member, and he did not disappoint. Was suffering with a severe migraine and could not find any relief, Mike was able to see me at short notice and after spending half an hour working on me the pain was already massively reduced. I found him to be very knowledgeable and friendly, he’s work space is clean and tidy and he put me at ease with in minutes of starting the appointment. Cannot recommend the man enough. He gave me advice on how to prevent future troubles and with other pains I have. Thank you Mike, I will be seeing you in the future ?

After being in pain for 2 days with my neck and shoulder, I came across Silver Fitness on google. My partner made a call and got me an appointment the same day! Michael was very thorough and caring. I felt totally relaxed and he explained everything to me from start to finish. My shoulder is more moveable and I feel totally relaxed. Went to Mikes clinic for the first time today found Mike to be very knowledgeable and professional I have a very stiff ankle after surgery and he spent a long time working on it, would definitely recommend giving Mike a try.

I decided to book an appointment to see Mike after reading all the reviews from previous clients. I must say they are 100% accurate. Mike is extremely professional, having physio treatment can at times be intrusive but he asked everytime he needed to work on a new area. Unfortunately my knees are still hurting due to me aggravating the ligaments (Mike explained) but my neck.... It feels so free! I had a tightness that was always there that is now gone. And the curve from my spine is less. I will definitely be a regular client now. Thank you.

I've been seeing Mike for a couple of months now as I have issues with the nerves in my arm & leg so i lack mobility. I've been to the NHS for scans, MRI and Physio and nothing has happened or made it better.
I'm so pleased with Mike I can walk so much better and I don't need my crutch or stick now.
Mike is a pleasant guy that I get on with very well. He tells me what he's going to do and we discuss it.
I am very thankful that he is making me feel so much better.
