From start to finish I can't praise Dr Sherif Elamari and his team enough. I had had consultations with other clinics but as soon as I met Sherif and his team, I knew that Signature was for me. During the initial meeting we discussed my lifestyle, expectations etc and all was taken on board. I was happy with my treatment plan but did ask did whether I needed a full face lift (which 2 previous surgeons had said what was needed) Dr Sherif was so honest and actually said I didn't need it. Just reinforcing the fact that I'd 100% made the right decision to proceed with him.
Signature have never bombarded me with constant adverts, pleas for my plans and even funnier once my appointment was confirmed I actually had to ask them if I could pay anything, they didn't even badger for a deposit.
On the day of surgery there were no nerves just excitement, no need for nerves anyway once seeing Sherif and his fab team just wanted them to crack on. Throughout the whole procedure I was involved and they spoke to me reassuring me. Before I even had chance to properly zone out my blephoplasty was done. There was absolutely no pain i could just feel the sensations and yes it was uncomfortable but I knew it'd be over sooner or later, saying that 2.5hrs later all done. Just to reiterate Absolutely no pain at all just uncomfortable, tight (well that's what I wanted ¡) and once I mastered the sleeping upright, my recovery was a breeze.
The aftercare and attention from Dr Sherif Elamari and his team was absolutely amazing, I can't praise them enough.
I am now 6 months post upper blephoplasty, mid face and neck lift and couldn't be happier. People hmm notice there's something different but can't quite pinpoint it but alot say i look like my gorgeous daughter......RESULT I'd say.
I can't thank, praise Dr Sherif Elamari and his team at Signature clinic enough. He certainly was a diamond find with magic hands with a super team alongside him.
As a P.S. I took my husband to one appointment just so he'd believe me and see where I was coming from re.: Sherif and co. And he got him too, loved his attitude and style and his REAL rapport with his patient. I could go on and on but to say I am 100% happy with the whole Sherif and Signature experience is an understatement...all of them absolutely fantastic. Thank you all xx

What an amazing , clean , professional and awesome clinic .
Dr sherif and his team are a credit to the industry . I had a face and neck lift followed by upper eye lids. The results are exactly what I was looking for, after care are helpful and caring and the whole experience was fantastic.

I would recommend this clinic to anyone who is looking for high quality work under local anaesthetic., and i would definitely use them again.

Manchester Signature clinic were very easy to deal with from the very start. The admin girls in Glasgow (Main Office) and Manchester were very knowledgeable and informative about my Trigger Thumb treatment. The online and text communication/ consultation before my operation with 2 doctors was excellent. They offer a free online/phone consultation, which is not the case with other clinics who chatge£200/£250. Upon arrival at the clinic we were offered free drinks and snacks. The nurses who prepped me for the operation were very professional and competent. Dr. Sherif Alemari examined my thumb thoroughly before the operation. And stated even at this late stage I could leave with a full refund if I did not want to go through with the operation. This shows they are completely concerned about the patient and not about making money. Totally excellent. The operation was quickly carried out in a professional manner. Dr. Sherif Elamari was excellent. The after care was excellent too. I was given a comprehensive pack of bandages, sterile pads, tape and Antibiotics. Then a nurse phoned 2 days after my operation to check I was OK. Following that I have received 5 monthly phone calls to check that I am ok - excellent service. I would have had one more phone call but advised the last nurse calling me that I can be discharged as I really am OK. I would highly recommend Manchester Signature Clinic. Not just because they charge less than other clinics for this operation but for all the reasons stated here.

Although I had a few issues at first, it was all sorted for me. The staff are absolutely amazing. The customer after care team are so helpful. I’m going back in for another operation with Dr Debbas Who is very understanding. I recommend anybody to come to this Clinic! Thanks guys xxxxx

Dr Sherif Elamari and his team were amazing! He took lots of time to explain everything to me the morning of the procedure. The medical team were lovely throughout and the aftercare was great, I could call anytime I had a query.
And my facelift looks great! The first 2 weeks were rough and you have to be able to wait out a period of looking strange. For such a reasonable price, i really wasn't expecting much, but 6 weeks later, I look great and nobody would be able to tell I've had it done. It looks so natural and I think i look about 10 years younger and am getting lots of compliments. I'm very happy with the results. It was worth every penny! I'm very grateful. Thank you very much to the surgeon and everyone at Signature clinic!

I had Invisalign treatment with Signature Clinic UK, and my experience has been nothing short of a nightmare. Halfway through my treatment, my dentist left the clinic due to alleged payment issues with the company. From there, things went downhill rapidly.

They repeatedly lied to me about not having any dental staff available for my appointments. Despite booking appointments, they frequently canceled them without notice. When I tried to contact them, I was met with endless excuses and blatant dishonesty. It became clear that they no longer had any dental staff but chose to hide this fact, leaving me without proper treatment.

The clinic has taken my money, failed to complete my treatment, and now ignores all my attempts to contact them. They only seem to answer when I call from a different number, but even then, I am met with empty promises that someone will “get in touch,” which has never happened despite my persistence over six months.

This company has left me stranded, out of pocket, and with no resolution to my incomplete treatment. They are nothing but a scam. I strongly advise others to avoid Signature Clinic UK and instead seek treatment from a reputable, trustworthy provider—even if it means paying a little more.

Stay clear of this clinic at all costs!

I had an arm lift done 6 months ago, Iv been left with sore arms that I can’t lift any higher than past my shoulders, with a bulge under my armpit. I contacted the clinic 2 weeks ago and have been ignored twice when told someone would contact me. Never had any sort of after care apart from having my drains out a week after.
