When I arrived, i was made to feel welcome as i read the leaflet about clearing ears, which was well prepared, very clear and detailed. From then, the lady that performed the wax removal was fantastic. She asked good questions beforehand, told me each step of the process and then performed it with care and precision. The clarity in both ears compared to two weeks ago is night & day! Cannot recommend highly enough ? ?

My husband and I went to Sight and Sound in Bognor Regis for our eye tests and new spectacles. We are very pleased with the service we received and our new glasses, very pleased indeed. We won't be going to any other Opticians in the future.
I had to pop back today as my computer glasses needed slight adjustment, which Sue managed in minutes, her expertise in frames and lenses is second to none. I also must mention the young lady Optician whose prescription for my lenses was excellent, my vision now is really good, thank you to both xx

Sight and Sound had been recommended to me for ear wax removal and I’m so pleased as it was the most professional, efficient and caring service. It wasn’t an easy removal as the wax had become impacted and deep but with skill and patience it was all cleared very smoothly. I can now hear perfectly again. Pure relief! I would definitely recommend this shop. I was so impressed I’m going to book a sight test and buy glasses here. When you find a gem like this you don’t go anywhere else!

Lovely friendly atmosphere and great staff. Knowledgeable and not pushy. Proper and relevant information tailored to MY needs and wants, not ridiculously expensive either.
Independent opticians are the cream of the crop why bother with the big chains?
