This GP practice should be closed down. A better and more responsible medical group should take over this area. Not only it is impossible to speak with anyone on the phone, but the 'doctors' are rude, dismissive and in my view absolutely clueless. They just don't care. They are almost always late so even if you have been allocated a 10 minutes slots, if they are late they will just shorten the appointment time and you are left with 30 seconds to explain your issue and for them to send you back home without having provided any medical advice.

This place is ridiculous! the staff are rude, gormless and horrendously managed!

how is it acceptable to wait 3 hours after your ALLOCATED spot and there no consideration behind the desk. There’s no thought into human decency as they sit on there phones and ignore patients, and when they do finally acknowledge you it’s in a condescending tone, basically stay away and hopefully they go out of business or and fully re staffed

Unfortunately, this Doctors practice is a complete joke. You cannot ring the doctors at all, you HAVE to complete an online econsult, which is fine if you a)have the time to go through all the questions b) are computer savvy c) able to take whatever appointment they decide you can have at any day or time. They rarely have appointments after 4:30 and definitely aren’t polite.

They attend the Bupa Care Home at Hatherley Road, Sidcup. On Tuesday of last week one of their doctors came to pronounce on the passing of my wife.
On Friday, a "Louise" phoned me to apologise for the delay in passing the necessary notification to the Registrar's office, and told me it would be done today. But it hasn't happened.
I find this disrespectful both to the deceased, and to us, her family, who need to proceed with the arrangements with the undertakers, but are unable to do so because of the procrastination of this Practice.

Disaster ... rude people, doctors specially. You have 10mins per appointment and then they will kick you out from gabinet, as time is up, not to mention that on two ocations when my wife and myself had an appointments there, they were late over 20mins, wasting our time, and we have to pay for this from our salaries? Complete joke. This practice supposed to be closed as it is basically useless, and just makes them money, without any means of helping people.

Very low quality service and they don't care about that. No point to call there they don't pick the phone up and they don't even care about that.

Wish I could give this surgery 0 stars. I have just been on the phone to a receptionist to book my baby in for her immunisations. Their website says you cannot complete a form and must call the surgery. After the most frustrating call of my life I have now been told I have to do an online form. My baby needs her jabs and I have been left with no solution. In the end the receptionist hung up on me and told me that it wasn’t her job to book appointments. Either the website is wrong or they don’t know their own policy.

Did an e-consult for my daughter as she has chicken pox. Uploaded photos twice, had 4 phone calls from reception team asking questions that I’d already included in the e-consult. After 2 days of waiting to hear back, I was told that the doctor on duty had refused an appointment and suggested I read online, and head to the pharmacy or A&E (so I could pass on the virus to others!?). Spoke to the complaints manager, truly the most unprofessional person I have ever encountered; she was happy to dish out medical advice whilst not being trained medically, and confirmed no appointment would be given and eventually put the phone down.
My daughter now had severe temperature still and has an infection on her skin.
Even though I was clear that I had fully read a plethora of information online, yet I still had questions that I wanted to discuss with a doctor; had an appointment been provided my daughter’s suffering could have been avoided.
I was told by a receptionist that even if an appointment was offered, the wait would be a few weeks as they are short staffed.
Absolutely despicable and I will be making a formal complaint with the care quality commission as this is clearly clinical negligence.
