Excellent nursing home. Couldn't of asked for better care for my physically ill mother who has challenging behaviour too with dementia. My mother has been in most nursing homes in Redcar where they struggled with her complex needs. This has been the best home and she has now been a resident for the past three years.
The only negative things are lack of outdoor space for the residents to wonder freely and the lack of telephone lines to speak to relatives.

I have had the pleasure of visiting this care home many a times, the staff are always welcoming and professional. The activities lady is really fantastic and lots is always going on, from planting flowers in pots, art work, trips to the promenade and lots of seasonal entertainment. my relative couldn't be happier living here. staff are very approachable and the management are always there to help you.

As a family we cannot praise Shoreline staff and management enough. They have given our Dad a lovely quality of life in his final weeks. He's planted flowers with you; gone down the prom in his wheelchair with your staff for ice cream; sung a long at Shoreline mini concerts, met alsorts of animals and much more. Family have always felt welcome and well informed. Thank you so much the Sturdy family of Redcar.

My elderly Aunty has had a fantastic few years in this home. The staff are just so caring and always there to listen to your concerns. My aunt loves the food especially Fish and chips Friday. My aunty is now failing but I trust the staff to keep me informed along the way, they are like family now.
