Been so many times as a member but this time it was very different.
Because of one member of staff who was more than exceptional in her service. Totally delightful and from the beginning she was very attentive as I came to the house alone that day, just for some me time. She was very polite, placed order of my drinks, made recommendations and was generally a very nice person. She checked on me several times to check if I'm okay and if food was okay. Honestly best service. I asked for her name and even messaged my friends to say if you ever come to Shoreditch House ask for Mia.... I hope I spelt it correctly. Thank you Mia for making my day even better.

The staff at the entrance is some of the most welcoming I’ve encountered at Soho House, truly representing the spirit of the place—even late at night! The Rooftop is stunning, perfect for enjoying drinks with friends, and the atmosphere is fantastic. I went on a Friday evening with friends, and it was an amazing experience. Highly recommend it!

Happy and proud member since 2023. However, when visited this house, the “manager” a woman short blond hair was extremely rude with me and made me feel ashamed in front of my guest. She was bringing plates we did not ordered and when we told her is not our order she didn’t believe us! I had to show her my tab on the app and the she made a careless face and left without apologising. Never coming back to this house and I hope she gets a proper sanction!

I had an overall lovely experience with friends and everything was just about right, just nothing to make you feel extra special. The staff was nice enough,the food was good - nice Sunday roast, and it was a lovely ambiance. It just felt all a bit quite mechanical, like there's a modus operandi that everyone follows and doesn't deviate from so that feeling of extra touch or special attention just is missing. Basically, wash/rince/repeat, so it was overall fine. Just not wowed.

Having been to circa 15 Soho House locations globally, this is by some distance the worst house for service. Incredibly slow and they seem to be constantly under pressure.

If it’s this bad, why not just let people order food to their table from the app?

The place is decent otherwise.

Good place to spend your time with friends, nice music and friendly staff but we had accident with one of our bills. Somehow they include two extra drink that we didn’t order and it was like extra 10£ which is cheating basically so I recommend you to check your bill before you pay

The place follows the industrial architecture style, but I need to say it wasn’t good. I know can be trendy and indicated in many blogs and magazines but it’s very rustic, I would say too much. Sofas in common areas as lounges were not very clean, the staff could friendlier, and the area of the swimming pool could be better arranged. Too packed, many people in that area and not great use of the space. They have a magical view of the London Skyline and I would say that’s all. Cocktails ok. I m just glad that I just visited and not became a member. Despite it wasn’t a great still better than the other units of Soho House, with the audience more diverse.

I’m a regular (a few times a week) Staff are pretty rude unfortunately, mainly management. They have a habit of talking to you in a very condescending manner. Otherwise it’s be a much more enjoyable space.

Gym staff are very nice though
