I would just like to express my thanks to Dr. Palacin , Tina at reception and the nurses at this surgery. They are so professional so attentive and have been so helpful in all of my dealings with them. They do their best for their patients under circumstances in which they are extremely busy, so I would like to say thank you to you all , very much appreciated. We are lucky to have you!

Amazing doctors that help with what they can however the number needs to be specific I make the mistake all the time by trying to call dr palacin but the number provided is for the other doctors within the health centre , someone needs to update Google for the health centre and have both numbers there and clearly labelled to save waiting twice in queues and save the time of the receptionists

I attended today with my baby for her first year injections and then for both sons to see the GP. The service I received from both receptionists ( I didn’t catch their names but one brunette and one blonde lady) nurse Lisa and female GP ( again so sorry I didn’t hear name) exemplary. The staff could not do enough for me to ensure all our needs were met as a family. The blonde receptionist offered to bring out my prescription to the car so I didn’t need to come back in with the children which I found so thoughtful and above and beyond. Such lovely care and attention received by all I couldn’t rate them highly enough. I have attended multiple times over the years with the children and all the staff including Dr Palacin and nurse Jackie have been so wonderful and should receive all the credit they truly deserve thank you 🙂

I cannot thank Dr Palacin's surgery team enough. Through the years they have helped myself and my family through so much and without question have supported and advised me on all aspects of my families complicated health matters. The staff go above and beyond and I cannot recommend them enough. I count myself lucky and fortunate to belong to their surgery.

Should be able to give 0 stars. The doctors at this surgery are appalling. They have no idea what they are doing, do not want to refer you for anything or give you medication you have been on for years as it was prescribed by a specialist, they think they know better when all they do is make your health worse not better. If you value your health and life DO NOT GO HERE!!!

Excellent receptionists especially Azra, Linda, Victoria and Louis in view of a very difficult job they are so helpful and cheerful a pleasure to deal with,and the doctors are also very professional. It's not easy to get an appointment the same as other surgeries but at least people are dealt with with respect Shoebury Health centre well done.
