I've had the pleasure of being with this practice for the past two years, and throughout that time, I've always felt truly heard and cared for. From the wonderful reception team to the amazing doctors and
nurses, everyone has made a positive impact. Unfortunately, I'll have to say goodbye as I'm moving, but I'll always be grateful for the care l've received here.

I had a check-up appointment in here few weeks ago with excellent nurse Malgorzata. She's kind, professional and highly skilled nurse. Unfortunately, at the front desk some patients can be very rude with no reason. They are thinking bullying it's normal. Not for me thanks! The guys at the front office are working under pressure and they are doing a great job! I thought this needs to be acknowledged with 5⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

The doctors and nurses are nice and helpful. However, the receptionists are usually very rude and disrespectful. The one I spoke to today barely gave me a chance to speak and quickly hung up on me before I could finish asking about an inquiry.

The best GP I’ve seen in all of London! Dr Perera was empathetic, understanding, kind, clear, and took the time to listen to me and my concerns. Treated me as an individual, not a statistic. Thank you so much. Best GP experience in my 6 years in London. It was about a 2-3 week wait for an appointment though, so that would be my only negative.

We are always quick to be critical of the NHS but on the flipside we must praise them as well. My local GP surgery is very efficient. My mum was not well and we called up at 8am and the reception advised we can come in at 9.30am the same day. Dr Farrell was quick to pinpoint the problem and help with medication. You can see he is a caring doctor with a human touch. The surgery from reception, nursing to GP services are run efficiently and the staff are friendly. The local trust should use them as a case study so other local surgery's can use them as a model. The NHS is under pressure at all levels but Shirland Medical Centre is truly trying to do their best for patients.

After calling the practice at 8am, I was seen promptly at 9:45am by Doctor Samantha Sanghera. Doctor Sanghera was absolutely lovely. Considerate, caring, kind and welcoming. She sorted out my issue quickly with a smile on her face even through the mask. I felt relieved and grateful that she saw me with such efficiency and positivity. She went above and beyond to make sure I was looked after as best as possible. It really made me feel at ease throughout a stressful time.

1. Excellent place and clean. Their previous location was in an end terraced house and that just felt congested.
2. All the staff here are friendly and helpful.
3. I have known Dr. Sarnicki for decades and he is an excellent doctor and very knowledgeable. He will also explain the diagnosis & what the medication will do using medical terms, but will also do it in layman terms so that it makes it easier for the patients to understand.
