We are all extremely lucky to have this brilliant GP practice. All the staff are really good..reception pharmacy and of course the doctors and nurses. Dr McEwan in particular has been brilliant..kind sympathetic and experienced. I think the ask my GP system works very well and the ability to collect medicines 24/7 from the outside machine is very useful . Thank you and well done to shere surgery

Just moved to this practice from Scotland and honestly it is an absolute god send. Very fast replies and phone picked up so quickly, used to a 15 person que, staff are so helpful and kind.

Cannot get an appointment. Every day I use the online service to ask to speak to a doctor. Every day they cancel it as they can only do emergency appointments. Then you go through the whole thing again the next day. I wouldn't mind but they never follow up on anything. So you can't even order repeat prescriptions as you need to see a doctor first.

Quite often, when hearing others talk about doctors surgers, it is usually in a negative way. Whether it be the doctors, waiting time, competence, or something else.
This surgery is not like others. Everyone here does an incredible job, and offers an outstanding service. This has been my local surgery since I was 6 years old, and it has never let me down. A special thanks to Dr Marcus McEwan. An incredibly brilliant doctor and one of the nicest guys you'll ever meet.

This is my local GP and I have to say they are a great team to work with. Everyone from the Doctors and Nurses and Pharmacists do 100% effort to make sure

All of the Doctors, nurses, pharmacy and receptionists are outstanding. They Doctors actually listen to you and everyone is very kind. We patients are extremely lucky to have such a professional and caring surgery.

I would just like to say how very helpful all the staff at the surgery are, I do not go very often but when I do like today ( Thursday 18th August ) I was looked after by Alison so thoughtful. Thank you all so much .
