Shepshed Carers have always given exemplary service looking after my father. Their team are all very caring and showed great flexibility when my father was recently waiting for an ambulance, waiting with him until it arrived. He was previously looked after by a national company and it wasn't until Shepshed Carers took over his care that I realised how bad that company were. I would have no hesitation in recommending Shepshed Carers.

We have used Shepshed Carers for 7 yrs. The quality of the care and kindness my father in law received allowed him to live at home until the end, what more can you say, except thank you. From the office staff to the carers everyone demonstrates total respect for the individual.

Despite all of your best efforts to care for a loved one 24/7, would you like that peace of mind that a loved one is getting the best care when you cannot be there?

Well you will not find this at Shepshed Carers.

Between fumbling around and missing many appointments, it's clear that this non-profit cannot stand up to the mark. There were many occasions when we paid a $16p/hr rate for a £1p/hr service.

I feel deep inside this organization, there are a couple of individuals who do a good job, but it's let down by the 95% who are negligent, lazy and disorganized.

If you care about the welfare of your loved one, there are plenty of public and private carers out there that understand your needs and provide care when care is supposed to be provided.

Do not waste your time, your patience and your money on Shepshed Carers.
