A massive thank you to the Miles and Smiles team today. We have a young person who is a wheelchair user and had a planned activity to Diggerland. Unfortunately our vehicle broke down and was recovered leaving us without a vehicle and no way of accessing our activity due to the lack of adapted vehicles in Swale. One phone call and the team were happy to help our family. We were collected and dropped to Diggerland where we all had a great time. Without this service my children would have been disappointed and it highlighted the need for more adapted vehicles.
Debbie was fab very friendly and interactive during our journey.
A great service thank you all so much 😊
