I have received physio treatment from Jon and undertaken rehab with James at Shepherd's Health. Both have been fantastic in the long road to fully recover from an ACL rupture. I cannot recommend Shepherd's Health enough.

Jon’s attention to detail is second to none, he starts with an in depth consultation and allows you to fully explain your situation without interruption (from other experience this is unusual) never rushing you or making you feel like your concerns are not valid. His assessments are always explained and he makes you feel very at ease with any procedure he may be about to perform, he explains everything he is going to do step by step. I have always left my treatments feeling like something has changed for the better and the future results are always as he has explained, he also provides wonderful after care and follow ups with a genuine feeling of care. I went to Jon for a bike fit. He spent half of the time checking and confirming the rear settings of fit were actually okay and within anticipated tolerance for my shape and flexibility and the other half of the time adjusting the front end, bars and cleats. The result is a well fitted bike that I can now ride over mountains in Majorca and this years RideLondon!!

Money well spent, the guy knows his stuff.

I've used Shepherds' Health for health issues and have found Jon to be an extremely knowledgeable individual. My shoulder problem was quickly diagnosed and a program initiated to remedy it. Ive since recommended the practice to family and clients , all of which have very pleased with the recommendations and results. I have nothing but praise for the way Jon and his team work with the client to achieve excellent results.
