Shaw Trust - Oldbury

3/5

Was put to this company by my local Job Centre and the first support manager I had was a really lovely man, went into work and that’s when things went downhill. Left my job after two months and was put in another section of the company and a new support manager. I didn’t get on with her and so was yet again passed on to someone else, then lo and behold, a few weeks later, another new support manager. I’m since in another job now, but since then I was put with someone else again, and decided enough was enough. I felt I wasn’t getting enough help and support from the support managers as I’m struggling with mental health issues. I put in a complaint and fair play to the company, they dealt with it the day I put in the complaint. I’m put back with a support manager I got on really well with despite only speaking to her once or twice, so hence the three stars. Good company but could be loads better.
