I went to the clinic today to get my implant removed, it had expired 3 years ago. I was very anxious about this appointment and procedure but Jill was fantastic.
She let me get comfortable, move the bed so my partner can be opposite my face and talked to me throughout.

I wish i could give zero but I’m going with two because the receptionist was very friendly, patient and eager to help.

I went it to get a blood test and just before the nurse drew a sample - she told me “it’s been a long day”. Meanwhile,..here’s my arm within 1 day. Clearly butchered my arm.
This was over two weeks ago, and it’s almost cleared.
Please check who you are hiring because this is serious negligence.

They gave me a very hard time this morning about taking my coil out, trying to tell me what they thinks best and all that, telling me that I should keep it in until may I literally had to argue with them to take it out I was there for an hour and a half. Other than that they were fine, very clean and they did a good job when they eventually took it out but Jesus I never thought I’d have to fight someone about what I want in my own body. I was seconds away from ripping it out myself.

They never pick up your call , every time you call get the same message unfortunately all operators are busy call back later ,when is this later No response to emails either. If they can’t provide service don’t waste our tax money
