I was very pleased with every check up and treatment I had at s h dental practise. My dentist was very patient and understanding with me as I am nervous. Unfortunately I had to find a new dentist as they no longer treat NHS patients. She really was the best dentist I’ve had in my lifetime. The Surgery is always clean and well presented. I dropped a star because one of the receptionist’s is very blunt and she can come across a little rude sometimes or as though you are an inconvenience. I don’t think she means to be this way but I feel her demeanour lets the face of the surgery down.

Highly recommended practice!
Dr Hothi in particular is an excellent dentist and a great individual. His attention to detail and adhesion to best practices is admirable. Very gentle touch and minimum discomfort. Throughout the treatment he provides the right amount of feedback thus I feel aware of what's happening and he does that in a calm and reassuring manner.
As a person Dr. Hothi is very pleasant to converse with. No matter if you are an HNS or private patient he will never make you feel rushed.

Fantastic practice, extremely professional staff, excellent service.

After putting off going to the dentist for years after fears from other practices I came to S-H Dental and I have to say everything about this practice is sublime. Every procedure is explained thoroughly and you know you're in great hands. Could not recommend them any more all of my fears and anxieties are in the past thanks to the guys here. S-Class service, you should all be very proud.

Dislike going to the dentist but all the staff at SH Dental Care were very pleasant and put you at your ease. Waiting time was no more than 15 minutes. Would recommend this surgery.

Higienist didn't complete treatment upon arriving home I realised that. called the clinic was told the dendist would do it on my next visit. Dentist was to do a feeling not higiene. This happened in june. I have been away since.

Today I raised the issue with higienist and SH Dental Care unwillingness to resolve the issue. The receptionist final decision was " I am trying to help you and you are just ranting and raving" . Very bad choice of words. Desrespectful. I asked for the clinic's manager. Wasn't in. To be continued.....
