This clinic should definitely have 5 stars. I’ve been about 3 times for different procedures. Every time I’ve been seen the nurses have been so lovely and you can tell they really care about taking care of women’s health and making them feel comfortable. I was seen by two nurses I believe one of them was called Nicky or Vicky. They were lovely and were really informative and made a difficult and painful experience more positive.

I had two appointments in one day (implant removal and pill) and the implant appointment went well as expected, however, I felt that the questions asked during the appointment for the combined pill were completely unnecessary. I had to answer a variety of questions about previous sexual partners and most of the questions were about stds (which is completely irrelevant when it comes to birth control, prevention of stds is completely down to the individual). One thing that really made me feel humiliated was when I was asked if I'd slept with any bisexual men; I told them about my current partner and was asked a ridiculous amount of questions about stds, in particular hiv and if he was on medication to prevent it. I felt it was so aimed and homophobic/unnecessary and worked under the assumption that all bisexual men sleep with a huge amount of people when that is not the case. Especially since when asked about a previous partner who was straight, I was asked barely any questions about his sexual history/questions about stds. I was also told I had to do an std test even though I was uncomfortable and would have preferred to do it in my own home, I know I could have said I didn't want to, but I felt that I had to in order to retrieve my birth control. I also believe this is down to having a bisexual partner. Overall the second appointment was pretty horrendous and no this is not a problem with the nurse but a problem with the system itself. It's 2025, let's not assume every bisexual man is disease ridden.

Had a hormonal coil fitted here today. Firstly compared with other clinics the waiting time for this one was significantly shorter! Secondly the clinic has changed a lot since I last went there. Much more relaxed, love that it has a little telly! Receptionists were lovely and welcoming and really accommodating for me and my little boy. Was my first time having a coil so was slightly nervous but the doctor and nurse/team were so lovely and supportive. Pain of the coil being put in was literally a 2/10 because there was some very well timed distraction as it was happening which I am extremely grateful for! Was really well informed about the coil as a method itself and overall left feeling like I had a really positive experience! I think a lot of people tell a lot of horror stories and it really makes people anxious, and I can maybe understand them from other clinics. But I can 100% say that I had the absolute opposite experience today and really valued the professionalism and also just the support and empathy from the team 😊

I had an appointment today to remove my coil, I was feeling anxious. Was seen by Leela ( not sure if I spelt the name right), but she was amazing, I didn't feel any pain during the procedure. She answered all my questions, and I was out within 10 min. The receptionist was also welcoming. Definitely, a place I will return if needed in the future. Thank you.

I went here to have my copper coil replaced at expiry and was nervous as when I had the previous one fitted I went to the Gravesend clinic and did not feel very looked after.

I had two lovely ladies Dr Suchitra and Jo P looking after me. The Dr explained everything to me beforehand and answered any questions I had with concerns and the nurse and Dr were both kind and patient. It didn’t feel like anyone was in a rush to get me out of there once they were done and they made sure I was okay after as it can be painful.

Really appreciate their service, they made the whole experience much better then I expected - thank you 🙂

Dealt with Nurse Leela a few week's back, and have to say she was Amazing! She went above and beyond even rescheduling another of her appointment's that day! She answered any Question's i had and didnt rush in any way 10/10.. The staff in general are really friendly and helpful. The ladies who work in the reception are very friendly and welcoming also which is nice to see.

I had a nurse deal with me last Tuesday at 10.30am. I'm not sure of her name. She was absolutely amazing! Lovely lady! She had to perform a minor surgery (extraction of coil) and it wasn't easy as I only had a tiny bit of thread left.
She managed to get hold of it and pull very gently. The most gentle I've had. She is an asset to your clinic 🙂
Also, the service at clover street that day was amazing too. I was seen withing 5 minutes of my appointment time. Thank you all for your great service 🙂

I went to have my implant removed. Despite the unavoidable long waiting time, it was a positive experience. I was able to leave after registering and come back later on, and my nurse Cynthia was very friendly and made me feel comfortable and at ease. She was also really accommodating, removing my implant then and there and not asking me to make another appointment as I had been previously advised. Thank you!
