Absolute joke of a service and always use the excuse they’re understaffed and it’s not a funded service, staff look at you like your speaking Chinese when you are told to come in and wait with no appointments available anyway, no confidentiality or care to be seen in the whole clinic by staff , better off paying to see someone else or not bothering at all

Fiona is second to none!!! Has always guided and helped me make the right choices for myself. Which can be difficult with having bipolar. I have absolutely nothing but nice things to say about the service. I’ve seen quite a few bad reviews, it’s a drop in service, so be prepared to wait, or even still maybe set off earlier so you’re first. Can’t blame an already hugely stretched service for your lack of time or time keeping 🫡

I've been waiting in the que for 2 hours now started at position 3, 20 minutes later got to position 2 the another half an hour was at 1 but the worst part is I was on que position 1 for over an hour but i wasn't giving up I was determined to get through however the call turned off because they had closed.

Only do drop in in a Mornin (no good if u have a job) u turn up at 8:30 and have to wait 3 hours to be seen. Don’t even have the tv on in reception. Another bad nhs service in this town

What an absolute farce these clinics are no use at all if you are busy ,need help dont bother ,was on hold for about 45 mins trying to get my daughter an appointment only to finally get through and be told it was a staff training day and closed ,today !
rang the Royton branch being no 8 in the queue as my daughter works and hasnt time to sit in a long queue ,finally got through to an abrupt receptionist who stated she wouldn't speak to me without my daughter ! yet another pointless effort to help my daughter ,how these services are helping anyone at all with anything is beyond me!
all this staff training dosent appear to be working! At all !!!

A very lazy inefficient team I was running late for an appointment due to an obstruction that occured on Manchester road and arrived ten minutes late I couldn't get through on the phone to let them know, I was stoood at the desk for four minutes before any one attended it making me a total of four minutes later than the ten minutes I already was and then got refused to be seen with no apology. Disgusting service and a constant reflectin of how down hill the NHS are. It's ok if they keep us waiting but on a very off chance of me being slightly late this was the result.
