I had a really unpleasant experience here when getting contraception due to emergency needs. I was made to feel ashamed for what I was doing and what I had been through. One nurse was particularly rude to me. I was asked why I was “so tense” when told that I could potentially still be pregnant after she had inserted a finger inside me to try fit the coil. They made me feel really awful in there, I left crying. It’s a shame people like this are working in clinics when people are in desperate need, it makes people not want to go and get contraception in the first place.

They made me take an Uber and wait 3 hours sitting down, to tell me that I don't need to get vaccinated for hepatitis B, a huge waste of time 👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎

I went in for a walk in appointment and the nurse I had was really nice and made me feel comfortable being there! She had black short hair and tan skin. I forgot the name 🥲

Awful, awful, clinic reception staff.

Receptionist chastised me for being late/the "presumption" of SPA to book the appointment in the first place, completely unaware of the situation I was facing, the hours I had spent trying to find help (waiting 3 times on the telephone, the first from 24 in the queue which I accidentally cut off when I was at 17 (23 minutes) and put my headset on, the second time from 34 in the queue (59 minutes)which ended when I was 2nd in the queue as it had hit the 1 hour waiting so my telephone service provider probably has a limit I presume, only getting through the 3rd time (just short of another hour all the while worrying the same cut off would happen as before), again from waiting from 34 in the queue),the closed roads/traffic and then difficulty finding parking.

Not sure what exactly the snipe at me achieved? Really poor. VERY, very poor.

Always had extremely good experiences at Hatfield. I was at Dean Street in London but their waiting lists are soooo long now, I can get seen so much faster with Hatfield.
