My surgery Booked emergency appointment with GP first in seven kings health centre then told by SKHC staff by phone 15 minutes before my appointment that we don’t have GP available but a Healthcare assistant can see you. What a joke. Wasting time and no care of patients!

The Doctor's are hit and miss. My mother was meant to have a telephone consultation on 13 January, which was booked weeks before and is still waiting. Dreadful service for an elderly and sick patient who has been at the practice for over 70 years. It's no wonder she ends up in hospital.

Absolutely useless. Receptionist not sympathetic at all. Very rude and not helpful at all. They don't understand and if no appointments don't even offer other options that may be available. It was never like this before.

Quite good. Gp was helpful and friendly, the wait was quite long, but I understand as NHS is busy.

My family have been registered at this practice for over 22 years and have normally found it quite helpful.

However, the disgusting treatment of my mother by a receptionist this week has left me no choice but to raise a serious complaint against this practice.

After being seriously unwell, being on hold for 15 minutes to book an appointment, my mother who had difficulty speaking was told by the receptionist that she couldn’t hear her and was hung up on.

In what world is that acceptable to hang up on an ill patient trying to get an appointment? Disgusting behaviour by reception staff.

27/3/ 24 Absolutely diabolical appointments system, a three minute recorded message at 2.02pm today only to be informed you are number 22 in the que. Whether it’s 8am on the dot or afternoon it’s the same story. Why can’t they just make future appointments as was in the past ? Update today 28.3 24 caller number 14 , after waiting 24 minutes from precisely 8 am I’m told again this morning no appointments available try again, 4 days running without successful booking . This post rating is no reflection on the clinicians competence and borne purely out of frustration trying to see my doctor and resolve an ongoing complex medical condition .

This surgery was ok - reception staff were bad but got better in mannerisms. Doctors were good but have become worse since dr price left. Dr price was the best dr there, now they have new drs who don’t seem to care, administratively incompetent, hardly there and so extremely difficult to get an appointment. Poor experiences include: standing outside the surgery whilst calling to get an appointment at 8am on the dot - seeing the receptionist arrive, lift and hang up the phone. Answer message on phone stating no appointments left at 8.02-8.03 on the day. Making an appointment a month in advance to then be cancelled a week before the appointment and told the dr has no more appointments for over a month (because they’re not in!). All these complaints about pay but these drs can clearly afford not to come into work and go away on multiple holidays a year with less than part time working hours. I think they’re getting paid to be away to further political agendas and force Nhs into privatisation.

I would like to give 0 star. Unprofessional doctor. Went there for appointment no body informed that there is doctor. After 15 minutes went ask a doctor/midwife that we had a appointment today the doctor (Sange..) replied we have no one today to visit.
That's ridiculous at least call the patient to inform. Then I reported to NHS they as well heard this name (Sange..) from this health center.
I changed health center on same day.
