My grandmother was left without her evening call, which caused her significant anxiety and distress. Sevacare didn’t even have the courtesy to call us and apologize; this isn’t the first time this has happened! We’re eager to switch to a care service that actually meets her needs.

As a sidenote, the carers have shown a lack of respect for our home. They slam doors and cupboards, demonstrating poor manners and a lack of respect. They are rarely polite.

This is the second time we’ve used Sevacare through the council, which was not our choice. The first time a carer left my grandmother unattended to finish her other jobs quickly, resulting in her falling and fracturing her arm. The carer didn’t even call for an ambulance. I could go on and on about this! It’s a disgraceful company!

After a safeguarding complaint was raised about the carers by a 3rd party. The result was my bedridden unable to move relative had thrown things at the carers. They cared for my relative for less than 2 weeks, in less than 1 month after they took over the care my relative had died.

When you phone the office to complain you are fobbed off with lies.
If your relative is unfortunate enough to have these carers make sure you are monitoring them 24/7

Did not even bother to turn up for my mums tea time call. Who has only just been discharged from hospital. No phone call no communication at all. Avoid this care service.

Delighted by the courteous service received Farah. It’s not often the ‘care’ system runs smooth without hiccups, Farah ensured my mother understood everything from start to finish. The hospital were useless and really gave us no hope that the package of care would be any use. Farah called us the day before the care started, visited us on the day and we couldn’t be anymore grateful! It evidences that there are people out there who are still genuine and take pride in their work as opposed to those people who are all out for the £. Farah eased my mother’s worries and it’s safe to say that despite the reviews, there’s evidently hope within this company. We couldn’t thank her enough.

Refuse to empty the bin
Turn up late
Left poo in the comode
Leave nan for 14 hours, at a time so she ends up wetting herself
Only stay for 10 minutes,
Refuse to use a Sarah steady
Refuse to work because a cat was in the house
Never offer to do food and when asked they refuse
Getting paid for asking "do you need anything?" Even though they won't do it anyway
Made a complaint to head office who told the carers who then demanded to know why making my nan uncomfortable in her own home
