I decided to try Hypnotherapy after previously trying counselling and realising it wasn’t for me. I came across Serenity Hypnotherapy by chance after searching on the internet for alternative options.

I’ve been attending sessions with Karen for a while now and cannot recommend her highly enough. I’ve been able to make some really positive life changes with her guidance and feel much more empowered and confident. I really did not know what to expect at first but Karen is great at putting you at ease and fully explained the process. I feel I can be completely honest in the sessions and so have been able to address some difficult issues. This is because Karen has a fantastic understanding of issues and is never judgemental or critical. She is full of warmth, compassion and empathy.

I feel like a different person to the unhappy, ‘stuck’ person I was a few weeks ago. I really look forward to my sessions and would encourage anyone who wants to make some life changes to give it a try.

I went to karen for hypnotherapy and I cant recommend her enough it really helped me with my anxiety and I have felt amazing ever since. Karen was calm and caring and I felt so at ease opening up to her that i ended up booking in for a course of counselling sessions which got to the route cause of my anxiety. I looked forward to our sessions every week as I always left feel amazing and renewed, like a weight had finally been lifted of my shoulders. I was also left with the knowledge of why I react the way I do which has set me up for life as I understand myself a lot more. I will forever be grateful. Thank you again Karen.

Fantastic ace
My daughter was stressed and struggling with exams and hypnotherapy was mentioned Karen was ace ! Brilliant with my daughter 16 who was anxious quickly put at ease and left them to it. Afterwards spoke with Karen kept me fully involved but not interfering daughter said it felt like a weight had been lifted brilliant after care from Karen was second to none daughter done really well in exams can’t rate Karen and her experience and expertise enough would highly recommend
