Not happy it's over 20 days and still do not have my results . I have emailed you several times and I have had replies saying they received my hair sample and working on it. I even told them I would advertise them as I do advertise companies who do well, but I still have not received my results which is annoying. I have looked at all my emails even in junk mail but nothing . They have kept me informed on the process but still no results

Sensitivity Check? More Like Sensitivity Heck!

I was looking to get some allergy tests done with Sensitivity Check. Their website advertised super-fast results, like 3-5 days, which sounded perfect. Big mistake.

Turns out, that fancy turnaround time only kicks in after your samples magically travel from Ireland to their lab in the UK. Nowhere on the site did it mention this international shipping adventure, which could take up to 3 weeks! So much for those quick results.

Talking to customer service was like pulling teeth. They kept giving me the same canned responses, not answering my actual questions. Finally, I just gave up and decided to cancel the whole thing.

Guess what? Getting a refund wasn't exactly a walk in the park either. They wanted me to write a whole essay explaining why I wanted my money back, complete with a bunch of details. Seriously, who has time for that?

Look, if you're looking for allergy testing, avoid Sensitivity Check. Unless you enjoy waiting around forever and wrestling with customer service robots, there are definitely better options out there. Just steer clear of this misleading mess!
