Excellent company. Always on time with the support workers. Very professional with the help they offer and the work they do with our loved ones. They go the extra miles. Have been with them a while and they are superb. A lot better than the competitors. Highly recommend. SHAZAD is very good. Came out to the house took everything down needs support help wishes etc and has stuck to what we asked for.

My sons usually struggle with new faces, environments, and a whole array of other associated difficulties. I explained exactly what we needed, and Semper Care listened and have provided that and more from the beginning. My communication with management has always been easy, courteous, and accommodating, this leaves me relaxed knowing that they are always available to help when changes are needed, and if you know my sons, this is quite often. The staff have always been knowledgeable in providing care and have always adapted to the needs of my sons. We do sometimes need changes,
every time I have asked for these alternative arrangements, Semper Care have always been very helpful and supportive, this means a great deal in our household, so this peace of mind is priceless.

We have regular care workers and changing care workers over holidays, alternative days/times from both sides. The staff we currently work with and have done in the past have always been ready to adapt to meet the needs of both my sons which are rather opposite each other, not an easy feat. They have always listened, taken instructions and ensured each session has been meaningful to my sons, that they were involved in decision making, learning to integrate in society, become much more socially aware, appropriate, involved. Ending each session feeling that they were much more socially accepted, I have no doubts that they had and have fun of course. This has only been achieved because the staff and management genuinely care about the services they provide to my sons, myself. The staff understand my sons, their needs, they work with that in mind and each session is therefore fulfilling. My sons are safe, learning and are happy, this indeed makes me happy and so grateful for the help and support Semper Care provide us.
