I attended my therapy with Anthony just over a week ago now, I was very sceptical at first as I had been to various other different therapies in the past and nothing had helped me.
This felt like the last chance saloon for me at thirty one years old and having tried various other methods / therapists previously.

I’d always been a selective eater and only ate safe, childlike foods (beige / dry).
Anthony asked me to take 6-7 foods to try at the end of the session, I took foods with me that I couldn’t even bare to touch the packaging of, to see if the therapy had actually worked.

I walked out of the session, having tried 6 completely new foods that I was absolutely terrified of, walking in just 2 hours earlier.
A miracle had happened in that session.

Anthony was professional, friendly, made me feel very comfortable and there was absolutely no pressure at all.
I’m pleased to say that I’m now trying new foods daily & it is slowly starting to change my life. My family & friends have never been so shocked seeing me try different foods that I would never even speak about before.

If you are thinking about doing this then I would 10000% recommend, the only regret is that I didn’t do it sooner.

I cannot believe the difference in my child after one session with Anthony. It is absolutely astonishing. My child is no longer nervous or apprehensive about new foods. We’re now two weeks on from the session and he has tried a new food every day. He feels confident and has no worries about trying new things. In fact, he’s now showing much more of an interest in food and has made a long list of things he’d like to try and is working his way through it. He’s also finding handling & preparing food much easier as well which is great news for me and for his food tech lessons at school. After years of struggling this has been literally life changing.

I had an initial consultation online and then my child & I had one together before we booked the appointment and we also attended the appointment together (my child’s choice).

That lead in gave us plenty of time to chat about it at home & for my child to decide if he wanted to book it & when, which was also really helpful as he never felt pressured & was always the one making the decisions which was key to the success. Anthony built a rapport with him from the outset and my child feels very confident about food, which he never has, since he was quite young. I cannot recommend Anthony highly enough. Thank you.

I found out about this therapy a year before I decided to try it for my son. The reason it took so long is because I just thought my son wasn’t ready for it. Once he left school I started to notice how different he started to feel against his piers. His mates were going out for meals and he stayed at home to save his embarrassment of his food phobia.
I knew why he had a food phobia but I couldn’t change his mindset and desperately needed some help other than a dietitian or CAHM’s that simply do not deal with ARFID.
The therapy session with Anthony and my son was about two hours. Anthony was so friendly and reassuring my son and I soon felt at ease.
I left them to it so not to distract my son and when the session was finished my son was sat with a huge smile on his face and was trying 6 new foods, I actually could have cried with joy.
On the way home he asked for a cheeseburger from McDonald’s. I know it’s not a healthy choice but it was so nice to hear him asking to try something that he has never eaten before so I got him his burger and he ate every last bit and enjoyed it.
Since his session he tries new foods daily. He still doesn’t like most fruit and veg but he puts it in his mouth, chews it and swallows it each time he is presented with it. He has just started enjoying kiwis, apples, cucumbers and grapes and eats food together on the same fork rather than separately.
This therapy was definitely the best money we have spent, my only regret is that we didn’t do it sooner. He is so happy in himself now and it is so nice to see him looking forward to eating and trying new things.

At 25, I have suffered with ARFID/SED for as long as I can recall. Despite wanting to change my eating habits desperately, I was terrified to seek help. A family member forwarded Anthony's information to me, I gained enough confidence to reach out and ask for help.

Throughout the initial consultation I was put at ease and for the first time in my life, when discussing my aversion to food, I didn't feel ashamed. I booked in for a first session with Anthony. After the 2 hour session, I tried 7 new foods which seems like a genuine miracle. Since then, I have been successful in trying something new every day since the session.

The condition is an on going process of learning to over come the phobia of food. But without Anthony's building blocks I would have not made the progress I have, especially in such a short amount of time.

I cannot vouch enough that if anyone is struggling with food aversions, this is the best type of help available. I can't thank Anthony enough.

My daughter had ARFID we have battled and struggled since she was 3 with her eating and it was getting worse the older she was getting. Secondary school hit and she was really struggling socially as well as at home. She decided last year she was ready to except help.
We tried a private therapist as NHS wouldn’t see her. I paid for 8 weeks for us to see no change at all. After a few months passed I decided to research again for help.. and I came across Anthony’s page… we did the free consultation video and for the first time ever I had found someone who just got it! It was like he was in our mind… he knew exactly how she felt what she was thinking. He knows his stuff!
We booked a session with him last week and while it’s only been a week and I’m looking forward to her future and how it will be, We have noticed such a difference already.

I'm retired and I have had my selective eating problem since I was a small child, so a very long time!
Towards the end of my session with Anthony I was able to try several new foods. I can't emphasise enough that it would have been impossible for me to even try anything beyond my narrow diet before this session. In the week since my treatment I have tried new food every day. I haven't liked it all but I have been able to eat at least 10 mouthfuls of everything and I have not felt sick. Some things I have already accepted as an ongoing part of my diet.
I'm going to keep going because I can really see how this will lead to a healthier life and open up social opportunities.
This is life-changing.

At 34 I honestly thought I'd always have a restricted diet. Despite initially being skeptical this has completely changed my life.

Anthony was really understanding and at the end of the session I was able to try 6 new foods, which I never thought would happen.
