I have been on quite a life changing journey since starting with Dr Laura Taylor Grey over a year ago. I started with Laura when I was rock bottom, struggling with complex PTSD, struggling with disassociation and very low self esteem. I was lost and felt so alone. Laura was incredibly supportive and put plans in place to help me get my head above water. Laura stabilised me which has since allowed me to under go EMDR therapy - I'm so so grateful to Laura because without her I don't think I'd be where I am today. I can 1 million percent recommend Laura at select psychology.

My experience with Select Psychology recently has been excellent. From my very first assessment session with Dr Jenna Kirtley, up until my last session with her she was a consummate professional. Very clear in her communication and explanation of EMDR therapy, and very supportive throughout the process which was a new type of therapy for me.

She has helped me through a very difficult period in my life to which I’m very grateful.

I would also like to say how organised and efficient Select Psychology is and all staff have been very helpful and accommodating.

Select Psychology and Dr Matilda Moffett truly changed my life. Dr Moffett helped me with a 10-year long eating disorder and depression. After 1.5 years of working with her, I feel completely free and I am the happiest I have ever been. I would encourage anyone who needs therapy to choose Dr Moffett as their psychologist. I never thought my life would be as good as it is now and I am extremely grateful to her and Select Psychology for their support.

Very impressed at how efficient the booking and early triaging system works. It means you are in contact with someone in a very timely fashion and know what next steps are. The tech, the system are great but the process remains wholly human-centric. Good work!
