Your eyelash products are AMAZING!! My sister bought me one of your sets as a gift and now I am a loyal customer. Honestly the best I have ever worn - look, feel and ease of application. Absolutely one of my favourite people, Charnel gives the best massages and listens to any specific problem areas you would like to deal with. Working a full time office job she really helps deal with my back and shoulder pain. The ambience is always so calming and I love that she offers additional services if you want an extra treat, if you’re looking for massages in Birmingham, you have to come here!

I love this place. I have a chronic skin condition and I find it difficult to find services that are sensitive to my condition. Charnel is knowledgeable, kind and patient. She listens to what I need as a client and always creates a safe space for my treatment. It’s taken me a while to find a service that is relaxing as well as providing a good deep tissue massage! I can’t recommend Charnel and her team enough.

I booked a session for my mum's birthday and to say that Charnel was amazing would be an understatement my mum was blown away by how amazing the massage sessions were and how delicate but thorough she was in providing a massage to top it all off her beautiful and positive attitude with her big smile topped as the cherry on the cake of the greatly positive experience my mum had there if there was anything more than 5 stars I would rate her for providing such excellent services and putting a huge smile on my mum's face 🙂 thank you
