The staff here work hard, but the overall experience could be improved with better organisation. The pharmacy often feels very busy and disorganized, leading to long wait times for prescription collection—typically around 10 minutes unless you’re lucky. The process of retrieving prescriptions seems inefficient, as staff take a considerable amount of time both to locate the prescription ticket and then again to find the pre-prepared medication.

A more streamlined system and a stronger focus on reducing queue times would make a big difference. Some process improvements from management could help enhance efficiency and improve the customer experience.

Always helpful! People who are MOANING that they have to wait for the prescriptions, do you not realise that they ask for 48 hours from when they receive the prescription from the doctors.
Also people saying they have to wait 10 minutes for a prescription to be made up do you not realise it has to be dispensed then checked and checked again by the pharmacist before it goes out to you to make sure you get the correct medication. You would soon be complaining if you got the wrong medication, strength etc. Have some patience and stop being so negative

Awful. When I got there the staff member was having an argument with a customer, but I gave her the benefit of the doubt and assumed they must have been the problem. The woman in front of me was told to come back because the pharmacist was at lunch, so when my turn came I said I was fine coming back tomorrow as there was no hurry but I wanted to drop the prescription in. She told me that they didn't have the drugs in, and when I said there wasn't a hurry and could they order them the reply was 'or you could go somewhere else.' So I will, for the rest of the my life. Avoid at all costs.

People who come to this pharmacy and complain like the reviews below should be ashamed of themselves, I always see long queues running outside, and people complain when they have to wait, maybe go to the other pharmacys that are literally always empty!! Go to boots or paydens or anywhere else. All these rude comments on how slow they are, maybe you should think before posting here. Also, when they are specifically asking for 48hours after your 3 WORKING days from the GP, then respect it! They also work very hard, and maybe YOU should time your prescription properly instead of leaving it at the last minute and pick your prescription up when you don't work?! 🤔 all of these reviews are a joke. If you'd actually consider that they have no time to play around with your "urgent" prescription that you were too lazy to get in time, then everyone would have their prescription in time. All I hear is "I jUsT CaMe FrOm ThE dOcToR" don't even wait the GP needs to upload it which takes 3 once again WORKING days to upload. It's stupid that you think your GP has sent it to them, and it should be ready by the time you walk out, DON'T EVEN GET INTO LINE, wait 5 working days. GET A LIFE, maybe touch some grass because the ladies here are all helpful and nice.

Absolutely amazing staff, I had some items that are imperative to my health that my doctors didn't make me aware of to pick up.
They went above and beyond and I now have what is needed. A big thank you to all of the staff at Seaforth pharmacy.

Just been to the pharmacy about trapped catarrh in my lungs which is giving me a real bad pain the my back. I was seen by a really very helpful young lady pharmacist who was very patient and knowledgeable, she also sorted out several other ailments I had regarding long covid symptoms.

On five occasions I've tried to pick up my prescription. The last time I was ninth in the queue and walked out. It's all gone to pot since Jasmine left
Visited today and got served straight away. Hopefully things have improved👍🤞

I had a migraine starting so I went into seaforth for some nurofen plus. I was quizzed by the woman behind the counter what do I need them for and when was the last time I'd taken them etc. I told her, Then she spoke to the pharmacist this took about 10mins. They made me feel like a criminal. Anyone thats had a migraine knows that if you dont take tablets at first signs, you'd be layed up for days. Well I would and I can't afford That. When she came back I said why all the questions, are they dangerous tablets. Then the pharmacist came round and said is there a problem, I said no Iam not being rude I just asked a question. Then I asked the woman was I rude, She replied yes I found you very rude. How was I rude, Well I found her very rude.Iam the customer.
