DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY ON THIS COMPANY THEY ARE TERRIBLE.. The company are a complete and absolute joke. From start to end the customer service was AWFUL and we did not receive the service we paid for.

for starters we ordered and paid for 2 tests kits, however only was was sent to us. we then had to contact them for the second test kit. Once we had sent of our test kits in a timely manner, we waited over 72h for our results, which we didn't receive. Once we called the company they said our tests had been lost and that they are unable to do anything about it. Our holiday very near got cancelled because of this company. When we asked for a refund or even a partial refund due to them losing our kits they completely refused and said there is nothing they can do and completely dismissed us. We spent over £100 on this company which completely went down the drain. The customer service was USELESS. I have used many COVID testing companies and this one is by far the worse one. PLEASE DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY AND TIME ON THESE PEOPLE.

Excellent service, ordered 2 pre departure PCR tests for traveling, which arrived next day. We took the tests and dropped them off at their Barnsley site on Thursday afternoon, and received the results Friday morning. We were worried because the flights we were booked on left on Saturday afternoon, this meant that the timings for the tests were really tight. We couldn't do them on Wednesday because we would have been outside our 72hr window, however the rapid turnaround meant we had nothing to worry about. I will definitely be using them again, and have no problem recommending them.

Ordered a 2-day test to enter the UK. Everything went really well at the start - the price was reasonable, ordering was easy, the communication was great and the test arrived on time. But the results were another story - I posted my vial over a week ago (8-days to be exact) and still have not received my results.

In fairness to Screen4, they clearly indicate that they will report the results 24- to 48-hour after they receive the sample at their lab, but if I had known that it would take so long for the sample to arrive via Royal Mail Priority, I would have chosen a different method/company.

Really efficient service! We ordered fit to fly PCRs. They arrived on time and I used the drop box service to return them as I was aware of staff shortages with royal mail. This was quick and easy and we had a result in less than 24 hours and are now enjoying a well deserved holiday.

I ordered PCR tests for my family from Screen 4 as the delivery time was quick and the price was good . They arrived the very next day. As we are travelling to Spain we could only do the tests 48 hours before arrival . Not a great time frame to get results. Stupidly, I read the reviews after I ordered the tests and everything I read was very negative so I was extremely worried it would all go wrong and was expecting the worse . Particularly when you drop your test off at a drop box in the stated time frame and they say you will receive an email when they are at the lab . Then no email arrives until after midnight!! However, I was completely surprised and very happy that all our results came back by 10.30 the next day . Phew ! You came through Screen 4 . Thanks for saving our holiday.

Booked a pre travel antigen in clinic test for 3 days prior to our departure. After reading the reviews online I was a little concerned that our results wouldn't be back in time. I needn't have worried though, took the test, told to wait in the car and within 10 minutes the lady was out and told us our results. The email containing the certificate was also delivered within 10 minutes straight to my email ready to print out. Cannot fault this service or the lovely staff member that conducted our test

Do not use. Absolutely do not use if you have any time bound activity like ending quarantine or catching flight.
It takes 24 hr to deliver (Royal Mail did decent job with both day 2 and day 5 sample). Another 24-36 hrs to acknowledge receipt of specimen. Another 24-48 hrs for report.
I am writing this on Friday morning. Still awaiting to be released from quarantine. My sample was sent on Tuesday morning (day 5).
Replies to emails after 10-12 hrs. Phone receptionist takes details but never calls back.

Terrible experience. Let me tell you all a wonderful story. Imagine arriving in England, your two tests are at your isolation place. Great news isn’t it? Then it’s all downhill. Day 2 tests gets back on day 5. Fine because someone tested positive on the flight so couldn’t do test to release. On day 8 u take the test with great care and post it at 8Am. Result comes on day 9 which is great. When reading the result: you must book a new appointment immediately as your test was damaged! Please contact us. No one has answered yet, neither by emergency phone call nor by email!
