This is a 6 day we've had Care by Scott Care for my mother, and this is the third time in 6 days!! that no one has turned up!!
If you care about your loved ones please please please do not use this company!!!
( I have only left one star because I cannot leave 0 stars)

This company deliver the worst service, I would never have them look after my loved ones, they refuse to answer the phone when a client tries to call them, they do not provide refunds when carers do not turn up... Staff in the office can be rude at times. For a service user to be put to bed at night at 8pm and no carer at
2.30pm
