I have many concerns about this company and the people they employ one lady imparticualy has made many comments on a social media platform about being a mother to her disabled son saying she's a vile mum and doesn't deserve to be a mum. The lady she is talking about is Katie price well known public figure. I and many other people are discussed in her comments and I have concerns for the patients and privacy of any patients that may use your facility I have reported her and screen shot this company to highlight where she works and just how dangerous her comments are and upsetting to others. She has no respect or respect for Katie's children who might see her vile comments with respect I hope no on buses your company and find another place to spend there money her name is
VERONICA LINTON she is vile and a bully and she needs to grow up she's ment to be a mature woman in the care industry I don't see compassion for others

Katie price official page doesn't look good on your company I have also made a post to tiktok screen shot and tagged this company in. I have many followers and put in to public

Hope the manager see this I would like to say I'm sorry to inform you but how she behaves at home is a reflection on your company

Completly incompetent at basic administrative and customer service levels, including their own online system. Dfficult to communicate with. I have been waiting ages for my refund for the Covid test (stil not received my money) that I've cancelled few days prior the date through their online system as advised in confirmation email. After several calls with different people at HQ was told they can "see" my resulsts even though I have not attended it! Ridiculous to be honest, please use other company if you can.

Very easy and painless to get a COVID test. The facility was easy to find, and clean. Staff was friendly and helpful. Got results in 15 minutes and willing to print letters if results are needed for traveling! Definitely recommend!

Issues with payments would not recommend and other stuff like that I have lost couple of nurses to do with other stuff as well. they shouldn’t have people that aren’t good at their job or too great or too bad they should have someone that is in between good and bad which is just ok. I think they need People like that. They do need to get better though. They are ok but there is more stuff they need to improve I feel as though. If I was to give between a 1 star to a five star for since they have been working for me I would give them a 2. That is just how I feel I don’t mean it in a rood just been issues since they have been working for me. I have forgotten so ye anyway. What I am trying to say is try them. And if you do give them a chance if something goes wrong.
