I have to say the care and support, are second to none. All staff and management are very respectful of all individuals in their care. They ensure they provide activities and outings to the residents wishes. They are a very person centred home and I can clearly see the home is resident led. Keep up the great work.

My Dad spent his final months at Scisset Mount, I had absolutely no complaints about the facilities or the standard of his care, the staff were first class, doing tremendous work, often in challenging circumstances.
Unfortunately, the entire Scisset Mount experience was ruined following Dad’s death. We were owed a considerable sum money from Dad’s account (over £7,000) which took several months and a lot of hassle to get refunded, involving many phone calls, e-mails and finally solicitor’s letters. All this was somewhat stressful and frustrating for the family at the time. TLC Care Management became non-communicative and seemingly uncaring. Since we were offered no explanation or apology, I’m afraid this suggests some failings within the business. On this basis we can only give one star.
