If I could give zero stars I would. Absolutely appalling gp practice they ought to be ashamed of themselves leaving an elderly mad who cares for both his disabled son and his poorly wife who has just had knee replacement surgery without any help or care! Not prioritising those who need appointments more than others do. Leaving it till 3pm when the request was put in at 8am advising the out of hours!! He’s an old man a carer he cannot take himself to out of hours practise the surgery is an absolute shambles!!! DO NOT RECOMMEND AVOID AT ALL COSTS

The service from the support team at this surgery, has to be one of the worst I have ever come across.
GP report requested 3 weeks ago & still not done ... a report that is paid for privately, not from NHS funds. Phoned up last week & the person I spoke to didn't know anything about it & couldn't find anything out, as the person that deals with them was on holiday ... that person returned from holiday & a week later it's still not done. Chased today & they're away again ... Everyone that works deserves holiday time, but the practice should be able to carry out all admin roles when someone is away or off sick. Things shouldn't come to a standstill just because 1 person isn't there.
Reception even advised me that the notes on the computer file even advise that it's not a priority ...

Exceptionally poor. Based on this experience, God help any of their patients that get seriously ill or need emergency treatment!

Fantastic GP practice, the receptionists & GPs are all lovely. The surgery has a small dispensary for prescriptions and is partners with Manston practice in Crossgates providing excellent appointment availability.
Additionally, the practice provide both telephone consultations and ONLINE GP ACCESS via the LIVI APP for when in-person appointments are not required.
