I have recently started training at SBG Shrewsbury for around 4-5 weeks. I do the wrestling class and no gi on a Thursday. As a new student i was made to feel really welcome and the other students are always there to help you. The coaching style is brilliant and techniques learned have already improved my grappling style and there is a serious amount of experience on these mats. I can definitely recommend this gym to anyone looking to grow their grappling skillset!

Deep knowledge and understanding of very effective jiu jitsu. My coach rates Casey so highly he'll teach us his material alongside that of Henry Akins and Rickson Gracie. If you're located in the area you'd be insane not to join this gym and get world class coaching.
