Contacted this surgery on behalf of my sister who is seriously ill .(since May this year )!
They make it difficult at every angle to either get an urgent app or cancel much needed appointments and refuse to comply with London specialist requests or consultants who know best and should be working with the GP to support my sister who has lost 4 stone in less that three months !
On one occasion requested by a consultant all medications needed to be in liquid form .
This turned. Into a huge battle despite my sister repeatedly asking them to put this in liquid form as had undergone a big operation whereby she had to liquidise everything for six weeks unable to eat any food or medication for this period of time they refused likely due to it going into the surgery’s budget !!!! As there is no other reason why they consistently refused .
receptionists are incredibly rude even though
When I called I was polite ,she refused to listen I will and can assure you that if this continues and my sister is not supported by her surgery and GP I will be taking this further .
This service is an absolute disgrace inhumane to leave people vomiting and diareeah days without food this is a serious medical condition that needs urgent investigation
Please read and use this information treating your patients with the dignity and support they deserve please
This could be one of your relatives I’m quite sure you would feel the same
Action speaks longer than words no response needed

Given the wrong medication twice, one I’m actually allergic too. I’ve walked in, called multiple times and explained that I need some meds before my holiday, and they are too lazy to even look at my records. Have had an ear infection for a month. Absolutely useless and I’m beyond disappointed in this surgery.

Lately it is very frustrating trying to get any support or appointments at saxonbrook whilst some receptionist are pleasant others are rude and unhelpful. The system is clearly broken and needs urgent reviewing as they are dealing with peoples lives and urgent health matters.

Have nothing but praise for Saxonbrook! Been out family GP for almost 4 years. Appointments were a challenge in the first year or two. In the past year or so the appointment system has improved massively. We can always get to see a doctor when needed.

Asked for a call from the doctor. They booked in a face to face appointment instead. Even after I said I couldn't make a face to face appointment..

A joke of a GP surgery. They do everything they can to make getting an appointment almost impossible, they misdiagnosed me on an urgent condition and the general admin is awful. Just terrible in every way.

Very disappointed, felt like been shamed for being late 7 mins to an appointment in front of people. I have a medical issue, I didn’t need to be asked “any good reason why you’re late?” First of all I waited in a queue to get to reception which wasted another 3 or 4 mins and then told to go to screen and end up coming back to reception. I am late but part of it was waiting already in there. Some people here are nice and some I guess go out of their way to make you feel worse

Very nice staff, and pleasant interactions with doctors all in all. I just do not understand prescribing steroids or antibiotics every time I have been, instead of tackling the root cause of the problem. I find that it just wastes time and leads to more appointments down the line.

I have faced some administrative difficulties with this practice in terms of getting a referral (which was confirmed to me over the phone, only later to be noted on my profile that I'd had a conversation about it but it was not actually requested) as well as booking online which I find is an extremely inconvenient window, especially for those who work. I find that the appointments have been so fast (5 to 10 minutes) which also makes you question the quality of the NHS in general these days.
