Lovely warm welcome from all the staff at Saxon. I was given plenty of time to explain the problem and it was then addressed professionally and efficiently. Adrienne was very knowledgeable and helpful. I would definitely recommend Saxon Footcare to others.

I am a Type 1 Diabetic and it is important that my feet are checked regularly as i am a student nurse on my feet for 13 hour shifts. I have recently had nail surgery due to a problem with an ingrown toenail. Rose was lovely and re-assured me throughout the surgery. I visit Rose regularly when back from Uni to check my feet and remove any corns.

Service and foot care was great, the one issue is the lack of wifi access, despite having a guest wifi.
I couldn't complete their forms on my phone onsite, I had to re-enter all the details via their tablet which was a drag.

Highly recommend - I visited for ingrown toenail surgery. From the lovely receptionist who reassured me when booking the appointment to Rose herself who did the procedure they could not have been kinder to me and I felt in safe hands. The toenail surgery itself was fine (the worst bit was the local anaesthetic injections but they were over and done with very quickly) and I am so glad I had it done as within just a couple of days I could finally walk without pain. Was provided with everything I needed for aftercare and all confirmed to have been a success and fully healed at the 6 week check up. I wish I’d visited years ago to have this done and not suffered for so long. If you’re in the same situation then get it booked in and definitely with Saxon footcare

This is the first time I have used Saxon Foot care as I just wanted an MOT on my feet. I was very impressed with everyone I met; they were so friendly and professional. I had a thorough examination and different options were given to me of ways I could treat the issues I had. They will contact me again in 6 months and if I decide I need further treatment this will be at a reduced cost which is excellent. Thoroughly recommended.
