If I could give 10 starts I would. I missed my referral appointment at Pinn Medical Centre due some family problems and Kala, the lady from reception did everything she could to help me out and rearrange the appointment for the nearest day possible. A new regular emergency referral would put me in a 2 weeks wait and Kala with all her professionalism and kindness managed to talk and explain the situation to the staff at Pinn and I'm now booked to go and have my appointment in 5 days. Simply amazing work ethic! Highly recommended.

I would check elsewhere first. This place has gone downhill fast. Reception staff are still okay, but the GP's, particularly one, is terrible. The rest are temporary (locum) doctors so are never around for more than a few weeks at most. Home visits are near impossible to arrange. Avoid if you care much about you and your family.

Would give less than one star if I could. Rude, unhelpful and lazy reception staff, ridiculous waiting times for an appointment, no procedure for urgent help - the list is endless.

The GP forgot to sign off an urgent prescription yet we were asked to come and collect it - when we got there the reception staff was so unhelpful and tried to insinuate it was our fault.

I was very ill so repeatedly called for an urgent appointment and was given one two weeks away so ended up going to a walk-in centre for antibiotics.

When Dr. Pandya was practising it was a lot better!! Now it has gone downhill and I will not be staying at this shameful place any longer. I will also be making a formal complaint regarding negligence by this practice.

If I could give 0 review I would . I can't even book a phone consultation for any days of the week after waiting 15 minutes on the phone at 8am for a reply . 2nd time this happened in a matter of 3 days . I'm leaving this GP asap ! Been with them for 7 years . Useless ! Paying NiNo contributions for nothing !
