My 94-year-old mother has been a client of Sarah's Carers for just under one year following a severe stroke which sadly, massively reduced her mobility and cognitive ability. We spoke with four care providers before agreeing on Sarah's Carers and have not regretted that decision for one moment. The owner sets very high standards and was the main reason behind our decision. My mother has live-in care and all the carers put up have been excellent, some outstanding, with some differences in approach (stimulating) but always with high standards of care, kindness, flexibility and companionship. We are convinced this combination has meant that our mother has continued to improve over the period, significantly exceeding earlier expectations. The supporting team at the office are also highly competent and always respond in a timely manner and, like the carers, often go beyond what might be expected. We would recommend Sarah's Carers to anyone.
