My partner had an appointment with Dr. Reeta, and shI left feeling very uncomfortable. I didn’t feel like She listened to her concerns, and her attitude was dismissive and unprofessional. The way she handled the consultation made me question her ability to provide proper care, and I honestly don’t believe she should be practicing as a doctor. I expected more empathy and attentiveness from a medical professional, but instead, my partner left the clinic feeling worse than when she arrived. Don’t have this job if you cannot care for people!!

Can't fault this surgery. I'm a relatively new patient but the staff are always friendly and helpful, I've never struggled to get an appointment or assistance and I'm never left to feel like I'm not getting anywhere. Which is 100% more than the last surgery I was with.

I have only had good experiences with this GP surgery so far! Very friendly staff, who are willing to help as much as they can and are patient and understanding. Any prescription queries I have had, have been resolved quickly. A particular thankyou to Dr Sinha for your kindness 😊

Hands down best Drs I’ve been registered with, they look after my son and I well. Always friendly on the phone and are able to have a laugh. Appointments are no problems to get and treatments have always been satisfactory. Thank you to all staff members

Went to the open clinic on weekend as I can't get a appointment during the week nurse was very unresponsive gave me paperwork for bloods overall saffron health partnership whom I am with is the place to go especially if you can see Dr higins best GP in sandy from now on I will not be back

I have had no problems whatsoever in being seen by the correct clinician for my needs. Reception are really helpful. Doctors have always been kind courteous and professional in getting the right referrals for me

I try not to bother doctors unless I’m really sick as I have t had good experiences in the past and haven’t felt listened to. So making an appointment is a big concern for me, however I had cause to make an appointment on Friday last week. Was only on hold for about 15minutes at 8am and got an appointment at 10. I saw Nurse Olivia and felt I was really listened to and that she understood my concerns. She was absolutely fantastic and a credit to the surgery. I needed a referral and this was ready for lunchtime on the following Monday. Cannot speak highly enough of SHC based on this experience.
